Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing
Sunday 11th January
18.30-20.15
Croft Hall, Hungerford
Deeply healing and restorative. For this special and extended practice I collaborate with holistic health coach and sound healer Laura Penneycard. Laura plays a large variety of instruments including wind gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes and drum. And her singing voice is sensational! I love working together, blending yoga and sound always feels intuitive and very powerful.
Expect a mix of meditative movements, sounds and stillness. Every session is different but always starts with a gong aura cleanse and finishes with a healing sound bath. Evenings usually include gentle Somatic Movements, Restorative Yoga, and might also include poetry, affirmations, meditations and sung mantras.
Feedback after our earlier sessions was immensely touching. The immersion in sounds and vibrations had a powerful effect on many, including me.
Suitable for beginners.
Please note – sounds baths and not advisable to attend if you suffer from epilepsy, are pregnant, fitted with a pacemaker, or triggered by sounds.
Our events usually fill up quick, please book to reserve your space.
NEW: Bespoke Treatment sessions for small groups.
Similar to our Yoga Therapy and Sound Healing evenings but especially created for you and your group of friends, and held at your home. For these smaller groups (max 8 people) we are able to offer an even deeper experience with use of essential oils, (self) massage and hands on guidance and adjustments. Did you know that singing bowls can be placed on the body too? Optional of course, but Laura would love to offer this experience, making your special evening more of a treatment than a practice!
“Wow – what an absolute treat of an evening. I cannot believe that was my first sound healing. The last week has been upside down and I was out of my body all week… until that moment. Sunday evening brought me back into my body and I loved every second of it. I shall be signing up for as many more of these as I can, and spreading the word.

Lots of love and many thanks for such a beautiful couple of hours.”
“Well what can I say… I slept incredibly well and felt so chilled and relaxed the next morning. I wasn’t expecting the feeling to continue through to the next day but it did. Such a wonderful feeling… one I am not very familiar with!
Thank you Maura, as always”
