Created for those with little time and for yogis keen to add short sessions between regular classes. I hope this will make practicing yoga possible for everyone, and might make practicing daily a possibility for some.

Practice any time, any where but please mix things up! I hope you will use these videos to complement other yoga classes or use a variety of videos for a full body practice and a complete yoga experience. And most importantly, make it YOUR practice, feel free to adjust and modify as you wish.
