Mondays 19.30 – 21.00 – Evening Flow

Slow moving, soothing and gentle. Release tension, calm the mind and prepare yourself for deep, restful sleep.

Wednesdays 20.00 – 21.00 – Evening Flow
Online, via Zoom
Slow moving, soothing and gentle. Release tension, calm the mind and prepare yourself for deep, restful sleep.

Thursdays 09.15 – 10.15 – Morning Flow
Village Hall, Bedwyn
Invigorating and uplifting. Gain strength, mobility and balance, and feel energised and motivated for the day ahead.

Fridays 07.00 – 08.00 – Early Flow
Online, via Zoom
Invigorating and uplifting. Gain strength, mobility and balance, and feel energised and motivated for the day ahead.

Quieting the mind and flowing with grace and intention. Flow Yoga synchronises movement and breath for a moving meditation. A grounding, strengthening and balancing practice to create space and freedom in body and mind.
