Welcome!

This is your invitation to tune into, and honour what’s important to YOU. Throughout your time here, trust your instinct, consider your priorities, be honest about what you need but also about what you don’t need. On the mat and off the mat, please be your most authentic self.

Yoga classes:

I will offer a blend of yoga practices including Somatics, Vinyasa style flowing sequences, Restorative Yoga, meditation, breathing practice, journaling and deep relaxation. There will be 2 classes a day (apart from arrival and departure day and one optional excursion day, on these days there will only be 1 class). We can make use of 2 yoga spaces (one open air terrace and one studio with an open air fireplace). I will bring my essential oils, incense and Tibetan singing bowls.

During our stay, Tigmi’s grounds and gardens are ours to explore and enjoy. We can make use of 2 pools (one perfect for cooling off and one solar heated all year to 26 degrees ) and 2 yoga spaces (one roof terrace and one indoor studio with an open fireplace). And we can feed the tortoises!
