All payments are final and non-refundable. By registering for a retreat with Tranquil Flow Yoga, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT
As a small, independent business, Tranquil Flow Yoga is unable to accept participant cancellations. All payments are final and non-refundable.
Participants who are no longer able to attend may transfer their spot to a friend. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to maura@tranquilflowyoga.com at the time of the transfer. The new participant must agree to all retreat terms and conditions.
Requests to switch from one retreat date to another are considered cancellations and are subject to this cancellation policy.
DELAYS AND OTHER UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
Tranquil Flow Yoga does not offer refunds or discounts for late arrival, early departure, travel disruptions, flight cancellations, injury, illness, or any other unforeseen circumstances—including events such as illness or death in the family.
Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, including a “cancel for any reason” option, to protect against unexpected events.
CANCELLATION BY TRANQUIL FLOW YOGA
1. Low Enrollment
In the rare event that Tranquil Flow Yoga cancels a retreat due to low registrations, participants may choose to:
- Transfer all payments to a future retreat, or
- Receive a full refund of all payments made.
Tranquil Flow Yoga is not responsible for reimbursing airfare, lodging, or other travel expenses.
2. Force Majeure Events
If a retreat is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control—such as dangerous weather, natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events—any refunds will be based on whether Tranquil Flow Yoga receives a refund from the venue or service providers. Refund amounts may therefore be partial or unavailable.
Tranquil Flow Yoga cannot compensate participants for airfare, hotels, or other travel costs associated with such events
PAYMENT TERMS
If any required payment is not received by the stated due date, Tranquil Flow Yoga reserves the right to cancel the participant’s registration. In such cases, no refund will be provided. Participants will be notified before cancellation occurs.
Tranquil Flow Yoga also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any participant’s registration for any reason. This may occur if safety, conduct, or group compatibility concerns arise. In these instances, a full refund of all payments made to Tranquil Flow Yoga will be provided.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect participants against:
- Participant cancellation
- Cancellation by Tranquil Flow Yoga
- Lost or delayed baggage
- Medical expenses
- Repatriation costs
- Trip interruption or delay
For maximum coverage, participants are encouraged to select policies that include a “cancel for any reason” option.
RETREAT CHANGES
Tranquil Flow Yoga reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary by its retreat leader, instructors, or business partners. If the scheduled retreat teacher is unable to attend, a qualified replacement teacher will be provided.
