1:1 or 2:1 yoga classes or yoga therapy, at your place or mine.
Classes are tailored to your individual needs whether you are new to yoga, keen to deepen your current practice, or wish to focus on recovering from illness or injury. No rush, no pressure. One-to-one guidance, mentoring and support at your own pace. Sessions can also include meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques.

Similar to our Yoga Therapy and Sound Healing evenings but especially created for you and your group of friends, and held at your home. For these smaller groups (max 8 people) we are able to offer an even deeper experience with use of essential oils, (self) massage and hands on guidance and adjustments. Did you know that singing bowls can be placed on the body too? Optional of course, but Laura would love to offer this experience, making your special evening more of a treatment than a practice!
