This term there will be a mix of in-person and online classes.

Evening Flow – wind down and let go of your day
Slow moving, soothing and gentle. Release tension, calm the mind and prepare yourself for deep, restful sleep.
Restorative Flow – surrender to deep relaxation
Healing and soothing self-care. Invoke a natural state of balance with restorative yoga poses, pranayama, meditation and self massage.
