I love nature’s cycles, there is something incredibly soothing about repeated changes in nature. It makes sense to adjust our yoga practice and self-care routine to the time of year, to align ourself with the changing energies of nature and seasons. Intrigued? Every workshop is different but will always include yoga, pranayama (breathing practice), mindfulness, meditation, use of essential oils and self-massage, all suiting the time of year. Plus a guided, silent walk through our beautiful woods (in any weather!). We conclude each session with a luxuriously long and deep relaxation. Groups are small and friendly (maximum 5 yogis). Yoga mats, bolsters, cushions and lavender eye pillows are all provided.
Cost is £50, including herbal teas and home-made treats. Previous workshops filled up quick, please book to reserve your space.
